Established in Maple Valley, WA in 2018 and owned by Josh Leavitt and Josh Miskar, Axiom Technologies operates as Arteco’s representative in the Northwest of the USA (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington) bringing together over 50 years of expertise in telecommunication design, installation, outside plant, data center construction, security, and audio/video technology. It is comprised of industry professionals with expertise in sales, design engineering, construction and customer service.

What has been the biggest key to success with your Rep Firm over the years?

Differentiating our organization from our competition. We pride ourselves on being a resource to our customers; aiding in design, specifying products, providing technology to fit their needs, and being responsive when questions arise. Though we are a new organization, we have relied on our reputations within the industry to speak for themselves. Our clients know that if they have a question, issue, or need any assistance throughout their projects they can rely on our team to provide unmatched support for any stage of the construction phase.

What attracted you to partner with Arteco in your territory?

Arteco was introduced to us by a close friend in distribution and was regarded as a very robust solution as well as an excellent organization. After seeing the product and understanding the flexibility and customization, we were excited to become a partner.

What has surprised you about working with Arteco so far?

Innovation. We had basic knowledge and understanding about VMS software previously, but the capabilities of Arteco truly changed our perspective on how the analytics can work for our customers.
