Faenza, February 02, 2026 – We are pleased to announce our entry into Krenova, an Italian holding company that invests in high-tech businesses to support their full development through the sharing of expertise and the adoption of a synergistic, deeply rooted work culture. The group already includes several companies, among them M.M.B. s.r.l. and X-Data s.r.l., both specialized in the design of management software for the automotive sector.
This step goes beyond the industrial dimension and represents the meeting of complementary skills and a shared vision of innovation.
Arteco joins this new ecosystem while maintaining full operational continuity, as well as its identity and team.
The journey also involves Arteco South Africa, the company’s technological and commercial hub, which will retain its staff and structure and continue to play a strategic role within the new setup.
