We’re excited to announce the VCA 2.3 update, which elevates our video surveillance capabilities with state-of-the-art AI technology. This update introduces key features that enhance security across various scenarios. To learn more about the VCA software, visit this page.
Here’s what’s new:
Our Advanced VCA Behaviour video analytics solution integrates Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence engines to deliver superior performance in monitoring and security.
The new fight detection algorithm identifies aggressive behavior involving multiple people. This feature enhances safety in retail, banking, and smart city environments.
Wondering how this works?
The VCA 2.3 update improves incident detection and allows swift responses to potential threats by applying deep-learning techniques to existing camera systems.

Our accessory detection feature supports safety management in high-risk areas, such as construction sites and dockyards.
But there’s more.
It detects whether workers wear essential protective gear, including hard hats and high-visibility jackets. Consequently, this feature helps enforce safety protocols and can integrate with access control systems to ensure compliance.
The hands-up detection feature adds another layer of security by identifying when a person raises their hands. This real-time detection proves valuable for improving safety in banking, retail, and smart city environments.
The VCA Behavior License introduces specialized algorithms that enhance monitoring capabilities. For example, the Deep Learning Skeleton Tracker (DLST) and Hand Object Interaction Tracker (HOI) provide flexibility for complex tracking needs.
Instead, this type of license is rooted in the Deep Learning machines learning model, able to process video streams and contemporarily detect and classify every object that appears on screen.
In addition, the VCA 2.3 update includes the Deep Learning Fisheye Tracker (DLFT). This feature allows precise people tracking in fisheye camera views without needing scene calibration. Thus, it expands the usability of fisheye cameras in settings like transportation hubs and retail spaces
