Su tutta la gamma, la garanzia avrà una durata di 2 anni a partire dalla data di acquisto, che coprirà tutti i guasti dovuti a difettosità hardware e darà al cliente finale la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente degli sviluppi software.
Altra importante novità è l’introduzione di una nuova formula di estensione di garanzia: al momento dell’acquisto il cliente potrà acquistare, al 10% del valore di acquisto del prodotto, l’APP (Arteco Protection Plan) che prolungherà la garanzia hardware e software a 3 anni.
