Chances are you are like the vast majority of Cannabis Operators we speak to who view electronic security as a cost-center requirement that is a necessary evil in order to receive and maintain your business license with the state. As a result, you have probably contemplated, or worse already decided, to purchase the lowest cost solution to “get the job done.”
Arteco has worked with operators throughout the United States and Canada over the years in what is still a very young and developing industry and what we always noticed was that nobody was talking about the potential benefits available for security technology in the cannabis industry. What was overlooked was the benefit of tying seed-to-sale events to video security for fast convenient searching of track and trace footage or being able to “see” what was happening on security cameras when Environmental Sensors triggered exceptions in the cultivation process.
Arteco has pioneered the industry’s first Canna Security Grant with the aim of helping to educate Cannabis Operators in the Cultivation, Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail sectors on how Security Technology can be moved from a pure cost center to an invaluable operational tool. This grant provides a completely new installation or technology overhaul “refresh”, if full system has already been installed in the past, for the selected grantee operator of their security technology.
