This is the Arteco Certification South Africa. If your company is involved in the sale or support of Arteco uSee & Omnia, this certification is mandatory. It’s the standard required to operate effectively, deliver quality support, and be recognised as an official Arteco partner in South Africa.

• Perform first-line support and troubleshooting
• Resolve common issues before escalating to Arteco Support

Please note: this is not a basic technical course. Attendees are expected to already have a solid understanding of IP cameras, networking, routers, and related technologies.
