The security market is changing. Customers are asking for more flexibility, more options, and the expertise to choose the right solution for their specific needs.<\/p>\n

For security partners, this means that being able to offer a single approach is no longer enough. The ability to understand different project requirements, work across different architectures, and build the right solution is becoming increasingly important.<\/p>\n

This is the thinking behind Arteco Synergy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A new approach to partnership<\/h2>\n

Arteco Synergy is our new Partner Program<\/strong>, created to help security professionals develop the expertise, practical skills and commercial knowledge needed to work with Arteco solutions across different project scenarios.<\/p>\n

The program brings together training, certification and partnership development<\/strong> in one framework, with a simple goal: helping partners become more capable of proposing and implementing the right solution for every customer.<\/p>\n

It is not simply a new certification. It is a new way of building a partnership with Arteco.<\/p>\n

Two paths, one common goal<\/h2>\n

Different roles require different types of expertise.\u00a0Synergy therefore offers two certification paths: Technical<\/strong> and Sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Technical path focuses on the knowledge required to configure and implement Arteco solutions, including uSee and the uSS architecture. The Sales path focuses on understanding the value of the different solutions, their commercial models and how to match them to customer requirements.<\/p>\n

Together, the two paths connect technical expertise with commercial understanding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And this is a completely new chapter for Arteco. Synergy has been redesigned around the latest developments in uSee and uSS, rather than continuing the structure of previous training programmes.<\/p>\n

Expertise starts with real experience<\/h2>\n

Security technology cannot be fully understood through theory alone.\u00a0That is why Synergy puts practical experience at the centre of the certification process. Technical and Sales training takes place in person at Arteco’s two global hubs in Faenza, Italy, and Centurion, South Africa<\/strong>, where participants spend two days working directly with Arteco experts and real systems.<\/p>\n

The focus is on developing knowledge that can be applied to actual customer projects, rather than simply completing a course.<\/p>\n

From certification to partnership<\/h2>\n

Certification is only one part of Synergy.\u00a0The program is built around two partnership levels, Base and Premium<\/strong>, allowing companies to choose the level that reflects their current capabilities and ambitions.<\/p>\n

The Base level provides the foundation for companies establishing their Arteco expertise, starting with technical certification.<\/p>\n

Premium is designed for companies developing a broader and more strategic relationship with Arteco, combining technical and commercial expertise with experience in more advanced uSS projects.<\/p>\n

\"Requirement<\/p>\n

The difference is therefore not simply about having more benefits. It reflects different levels of capability, commitment and partnership development<\/strong>. And the relationship does not have to stay at the same level. As a company’s team, expertise and business evolve, Synergy can evolve with it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Advantages<\/p>\n

Getting started<\/h2>\n

Joining Synergy starts with a company application. Once approved, participating team members can create their individual profiles, select their certification path and book their training through the Synergy Partner Portal. We will soon give you access to the form on our website to sign up for Synergy.<\/p>\n

From there, the focus is on learning, certification and putting that expertise into practice.<\/p>\n
