Faenza, February 02, 2026<\/strong> – We are pleased to announce our entry into<\/strong> Krenova<\/strong><\/a>, an Italian holding company that invests in high-tech businesses to support their full development through the sharing of expertise and the adoption of a synergistic, deeply rooted work culture. The group already includes several companies, among them M.M.B. s.r.l.<\/a> and X-Data s.r.l.<\/a>, both specialized in the design of management software for the automotive sector.<\/p>\n

This step goes beyond the industrial dimension and represents the meeting of complementary skills and a shared vision of innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Arteco joins this new ecosystem while maintaining full operational continuity, as well as its identity and team<\/strong>.
\nThe journey also involves Arteco South Africa<\/strong>, the company\u2019s technological and commercial hub, which will retain its staff and structure and continue to play a strategic role within the new setup.<\/p>\n
